The KITCHEN is a 3,200-square-foot, state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen that serves as a teaching, learning, and gathering space at the Boston Public Market. Opened in 2015, the market is a year-round, indoor facility featuring fresh, locally sourced food brought directly to and from the diverse people that make up Massachusetts and New England. The Trustees of Reservations, as its lead programming partner, has invited culinary, health, and wellness partners to develop daily programs in The KITCHEN designed to highlight experts, traditions, and local food production while inspiring healthy eating and creative cooking among families and individuals.
Cooking demos will be offered throughout the weekend.
